Located within our 12 x 24ft Pop-Up Smoking Pavilion, we provide the perfect escape, meeting place or venue for any event by offering an upscale environment for you and your guests to share your passion for cigars. Its a sophisticated cigar retreat furnished with everything you need to create a unique event filled with good times, great memories, and UNFORGETTABLE smoking experience for you and your guests. Our fully furnished Pop-Up Pavilion is not your average tent! It comes stylishly furnished with Seating, End Tables, Ashtrays, and optional Outdoor TV and Sound System. Our tent can be open or fully enclosed to create an upscale outdoor cigar lounge to complement any event. 

Upon entering our beautifully equipped mobile cigar lounge, you will be impressed by our selection of boutique cigars and greeted by a friendly Ash and Smoke Cigar Concierge. From there, we’ll be happy to assist you in making a choice from our selection of premium, specialty, and boutique cigars.

Furnishings can be configured in several ways to accommodate 15 guests or more and can be quickly set up and removed.

We also have a package for a cigar table only, that provides an elegant cut and light service when the Pop-up Pavilion is not needed for your event. No two events are the same, so we can customize your package to fulfill your desires and needs.

EVENT SET-UP / CLEAN-UP

Our standard is 60 minutes prior to doors opening; and 45 minutes after our contracted time. 

FEES & CHARGES

A Travel Fee will be assessed outside of a 50-mile radius of our location in West Bradenton, FL.

A Travel Fee Deposit will be charged by Ash and Smoke Cigars, LLC, which may include Mileage, Car Rental, Airline Tickets and Lodging (if applicable).
