Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in stock items placed Monday through Friday, before 1PM EST, will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. We use USPS Priority Shipping on all orders unless you request another method.  

If any significant delay should occur on non backordered items, we will contact and inform you via Email or Phone. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Backordered items will ship as soon as we receive them.

Shipping rates

$10.40 USPS Priority shipping in the United States. All orders could be subject to shipping increases as a result of package size, or value.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Damages

Ash and Smoke Cigars LLC is not liable for any damage, loss or theft of shipped items. If your order was damaged in transport, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

The buyer agrees that shipping tobacco products to the state in which they reside is legal, and is responsible for any taxes, levies, and fees that may be charged, or applied by any government or entity.
